Description
This counter monitors the number of times that activities originating from report execution and report management endpoints are retrieved from a memory cache instead of querying SQL Server. Stopping the Web Service causes this performance counter to be reset back to 0.

Suggested solutions
- Increase the amount of memory that is allocated
- Configure duration of the cache in report properties
- If you require a more predictable caching strategy, you should create a report snapshot
