Description

This performance counter adds up the instances whereby a request such as subscription delivery or snapshot is not successfully rendered from a cache ever since the start of the Windows Service. This counter is cleared whenever Windows Service is restarted.

Suggested solutions

1. Allocate more memory (RAM)
2. For a record of every HTTP requests handled by Report Server, you can go through the log files which is usually located as \Microsoft SQL Server\\Reporting Services\LogFiles
