Description
For databases utilizing Availability Groups. When backups are requested by a secondary replica the primary must receive a series of commands to ensure co-ordination. When the primary replica is waiting for commands it will accumulate this wait. Small values are expected but excessive values should be investigated

- Examine wait statistics on the instance for other Availability Group issues. Investigate accordingly
